The custom pricing structure has been designed for bigger businesses who have a monthly total processing value of R200 000 or more. All other businesses can sign up to the Yoco standard pricing structure, and see their rate drop as they grow.
How can Yoco help me switch from my current payments provider?
One of our Yoco consultants will supply you with an indicative custom rate within 2 hours of receiving your current statements. We will also assist you in off-boarding from your existing provider and will assist with potential early termination fees to the value of R3000.
What does 'dedicated customer service' include?
From day one you will have access to a dedicated 'bigger business' support team. You will also receive a direct whatsapp and email line to a Yoco consultant who knows you by name. You are eligible to have any broken Yoco devices replaced within 24 hours in metro areas, and within 48 hours in rural areas.
